Brad Turner
CEO

As founder and CEO, Brad oversees customer and partnership activities of Through the Lens®, Inc., creator of ImageStore® for Healthcare, the premier digital image management system for medical practices.  In this role, Brad works with early adopters, marquis customers, and partners, helping to define the value proposition, and helping to successfully deliver services into customers’ hands.  Brad has been in high technology for over 20 years in both early stage companies, and helping to grow industry-leading companies such as Novell.  Prior to founding Through the Lens in early 2003, Brad was an independent strategy and marketing consultant for companies including Inktomi and Network Appliance.  Prior to consulting, Brad was the executive vice president in charge of the iGeneration’s executive partnerships, strategic and channel development, and the Internet Talent Network.

Prior to joining iGeneration, Brad served as the Vice President of Business Development at Pensare, where he led the sales and strategic and channel relations departments.  Pensare was an e-Learning company focusing on continuing education for employees of G2000 companies. Prior to that, he spent ten years at Novell, Inc., where he served a number of different technology and strategic marketing positions.

In 1986, Brad received a Bachelors degree in Business and Economics from the University of California at San Diego.

Douglas Kernan
COO

Doug joined Through the Lens, in early 2006, to manage the transition of ImageStore for Healthcare from a desktop application to an online service. His on-going responsibilities include product management and service operations. He works closely with ImageStore Members, to ensure that ImageStore remains a leading-edge application for the medical community; and with partners, to provide easy-to-use, integrated solutions to the market.

Doug is a technology executive with over 20 years of business, marketing, and management experience in the information security, network infrastructure and network computing industry. His experience covers a broad spectrum, with executive and senior management roles at large corporations, mid-stage companies and entrepreneurial start-ups. Additionally, he has spent time consulting with smaller companies assisting them in making the transition from technically proficient development teams to market-focused, business-oriented organizations.

Doug is a 1981 graduate of Union College where he received a B.S. degree in Computer Science and Economics.

Andrei Vodeniktov
VP of Engineering

As VP of Engineering Andrei is responsible for the successful development and deployment of the ImageStore for Healthcare product line for Through the Lens. This includes design and development of the products, work with the QA team and managing Member accounts. Andrei has 15 years of experience in software development working for the startups, as well as large companies. Before joining TTL Software in 2004, Andrei was involved in building such industry-leading web services as Web Calendar, Shopping and Instant Messenger while at internet pioneer AOL. Prior to that Andrei was the architect of the 3D presentation and data mining main product line for the startup Portola Dimension Inc. Before that Andrei was working as independent consultant in various software companies.

Andrei received analog of Master degree in Computer Science from the Moscow University of Electronic Engineering in 1989.
